Paul and I travelled to the Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth yesterday for the launch of Say So at the Caring UK care conference and exhibition. We were made welcome by the hosts CaringUK and Scriptmedia ( special thanks to Bev and Tony) and we were overwhelmed by the unanimously positive reception we received from the delegates at the event. Dozens of attendees spoke with us and gave us direct feedback about our service, our motivation to make a difference in the care sector and the need for ever improved communication within care providing companies. Say So has begun and we look forward to an exciting future where we can help to reduce risks and raise standards by working in partnership with care companies. The future looks bright for Say So but distinctly dark for anyone who abuses vulnerable people!
